When you order, subscribe or write to us, we collect only what the task needs: your name, contact details and order contents. Newsletter addresses are used for the monthly flavor letter and nothing else — no selling, no renting, no surprise third parties.
You can ask for your data, fix it or delete it any time by writing to us from the contact page. Online payments are processed by our payment provider; card numbers never touch our servers.
Terms & Conditions
Online orders are for counter pickup at the parlor you select, ready in about 10 minutes. If a flavor sells out before you arrive, we will substitute the closest match or refund you — your choice at the counter.
Prices, flavors and hours can change with the seasons. Party and wholesale bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received, as stated in your quote.
Disclaimer
Allergen information is provided in good faith at every counter, but our kitchens handle milk, nuts, eggs, soy and gluten. If you have a severe allergy, please speak to the team before ordering so we can serve you safely.
Nutritional values are estimates. Photos show serving suggestions — your scoop will be just as delicious, if slightly less photogenic after the first bite.
